Vivek Paudel

Vivek was born in Nepal and grew up in a very religious and spiritual environment. He has been doing Mantra Yoga since a very young age. Later, at the age of 17, he started learning formal Yoga education and practice. He also received Yoga Alliance Certification which is a globally recognized certification for yoga teachers after finishing 500 hours of teacher’s training course in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga. He dedicated himself completely to learning Asanas, Pranayama, Mudra-Bandhas, Anatomy, Ethics, and Yoga Philosophy at Nepal Yoga Academy with Dr. Chintamani Gautam.

Vivek also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Cinematography too, where he had to know about photography. Photography needs a high level of stillness and mindfulness. This inspired him to develop these qualities through Yoga. The quality or state of being conscious or aware of something is what is needed as a Cinematographer, and through Yoga and Meditation, it became possible to understand the idea of it as well as make it a reality for him.

Currently, after 2 years of experience, Vivek gives yoga teachers training at Nepal Yoga Academy & Yogmandu for upcoming yoga teachers as well as offers private sessions. His specialization is traditional Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga. He is an inspiration to many as he has achieved so much at this young age.
