What a place to become a 500h Yoga Teacher!
Attending the 500h Yoga Teacher Training at Nepal Yoga Academy has been the best desicion for me.
This place has everything: experienced teachers, authentic philosophy classes, traditional and modern Asana classes, very well lead Pranayama classes, helpful Workshops to practice correct alignment and safe adjustments, lovely staff, delicious food and a beautiful property surrounded by peaceful nature. There is also a fair amount of time dedicated to Mantra chanting.
Guruji is an amazing teacher – he makes the classes really accessable, fun and challenging at the same time. He has such a profound knowledge of Yoga in its traditional form and it is a pleasure to learn from him and listen to his wise words.

I enjoyed the routine which we had everyday, it made my practice so effective and allowed me to fully focus on building and improving my teaching skills.
Most of the time the teaching style of the Asana classes is Hatha.
This improved my own practice so much as I built up a lot of flexibility and strength. Additionally it allowed me to understand correct alignment of postures even more.
After completing my 200h here at the Academy I continued with the 300h. Due to that I had several chances to teach Asana and Pranayama classes to other students and Retreat guests which was so helpful to build confidence in teaching. In the 300h hours we focused on improving advanced poses, adjustments and teaching.
I leave this place not only with my 500h YTT certificate, but also with so many wisdoms, memories and friends!
