Tadasana (Mountain Pose)

Tadasana is one of the most effective yoga asanas to increase immunity. It helps correct your posture and may flexibility of the thighs and joints. Also engages your lower body and can help your ankles, knees, and gluts.

It relaxed the body and relieves the tension. If practiced regularly, the Tadasana is also known to increase your height during formative years.

  • Stand straight and put your feet together.
  • Keep your spine in a natural curve position and chin parallel to the floor.
  • Now, bring your hands at side with palms facing forward.
  • Once you come here then stay still and take a few deep inhale and exhale.
    And relax.
