Knee-Down Squat is a really good exercise that targets the muscles in the legs, lower back, and core. It can help people strengthen their muscles and burn fat. If you practice it regular it can strengthen your immune system and help your body fight off infections and viruses.

How to do Knee-Down Squat?

  • Stand upright with a straight spine and feet hips apart, toes facing front with arms at your sides.
  • Drive your hips back, bending at the knees and ankles and pressing your knees slightly open.
  • Now raise your hands in front at your shoulder level palms facing down.
  • Take a deep inhale and while exhaling press your hips back and down.
  • Now hold with normal breathing.
