9 Day Nepal Yoga Deluxe Tour
We invite you to join our beautiful 9 Day Nepal Yoga Deluxe Tour. We aim to help you experience the countless benefits of Yoga and the pleasure of touring the wondrous Himalayas of Nepal. Together we will tour across the country, which will cover beautiful vistas whilst meeting wonderful people and practicing Yoga.
Each day will start with a tailor made Yoga class to fit your bodies’ need for that day and we will close our evenings with another carefully designed Yoga class to stretch our tired muscles and allow a comfortable sleep.
In between, we will fill our days with the country’s authentic culture, breathe in the majesty of the Himalayas, and/or discover Nepal’s rich lush jungles and its amazing wildlife, including rhinos, elephants, leopards and deer.
You will be escorted by well-trained local guides throughout your tour and your daily Yoga teachings are provided by highly reputable, Yoga instructor(s).
You get the opportunity to fully experience what your mind, body and soul can do, whilst touring and exploring not only Nepal but also your inner self.
The tour will start and end in Kathmandu.

• Kathmandu- Home of Swayambhunath Temple and the world’s largest, Buddhist Stupa in Boudanath.
• Bhaktapur- a medieval town famous for Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Sight.
• Pokhara- a picturesque town situated on lake Begnas overlooking the Annapurna mountains.
• Chitwan- Nepal’s National Park of rich and diverse flora and fauna, and elephant riding
The Yoga will be tailored to your level/requirements, with an emphasis on –
• Sun Salutation – Surya Namaskar- because there is no better way to start and end the day in Nepal’s sacred spots.
• Postures – Asanas – to keep your physical body fit surrounded by scenic views (taking the best photos ever).
• Meditation and Breathing – Pranayama – an awareness on your breath and savouring every moment.
• Relaxation – Yoga Nidra – ensuring you are recharged and energized everyday, to keep exploring beautiful Nepal.
• Yoga philosophy discourses – on topics such as Life and Death, Liberation, Health, Yogic food and Lifestyle.

- Daily Schedule
Arrival in Kathmandu
After arriving at Kathmandu Airport, you will be driven to Nepal Yoga Acadamy where you will check in and relax in the beautiful garden, soaking up the stunning view. In the evening there is a brief session about the travel routes, schedule and the yoga lessons.
You will take a short taxi ride to Nagarkot and watch the beautiful sunrise over the Himalayas. Then you will head back to the Academy for nasal cleansing, yoga and relaxation followed by a delicious healthy breakfast.
After breakfast we will go explore the famous world heritage sight Bhaktapur. Steeped in history, this is the perfect place to soak up beautiful Nepalese architecture and culture. You will enjoy a lovely lunch there, then finish the day back at the Retreat with an yoga session, mediation and dinner.
Start the day with nasal cleansing, yoga and relaxation. After breakfast you will go to visit the Monkey Temple and Boudhanath, a landmark building of Nepal, the largest stupa in the country and the holiest Tibetan Buddhist temple outside Tibet. After that you will proceed to Patan and visit the Krishna Mandir, which is known as “the miracle of Nepalese architecture art”. As the sun sets, you will head back to the Retreat for an evening yoga class, mediation and dinner.
Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park
There will be a hour yoga and relaxation session in the morning. After breakfast you will take a bus to Chitwan, stopping off at the small town of Kurintar for lunch. Upon arrival in Chitwan, you will have free time for the rest of the day, before enjoying a stretching yoga and mediation class.
Chitwan National Park
The day will start with yoga, relaxation and breakfast. Chitwan is Nepal’s National Park of rich and diverse flora and animals. Today you will be driven around the jungle in a jeep to see all of the wonderful animals in there natural habitat. The afternoon will consist of washing, playing with and riding the elephants. After a busy day you will unwind with a restorative yoga and mediation session, followed by an evening meal and discussion time.
Chitwan to Pokhara
After a short yoga session and breakfast you will head by car to Pokhara. Pokhara is a picturesque town situated on lake Begnas overlooking the Annapurna mountains. Once you have arrived in Pokhara we will walk along the beautiful lake side then explore the bustling city. The evening will conclude with an yoga, mediation session, spiritual talk and dinner overlooking the lake.
After yoga and breakfast you can go and explore the many sights of Pokhara. From paragliding, zip lining, hiking, canoeing on the lake or visiting many of the beautiful surrounding temples. After an action packed day you can relax and enjoy yoga before the evening meal.
Pokhara to Kathmandu
After a morning yoga session and breakfast, we will depart to Kathmandu by car, this will take XX. Once we have arrived back at the Retreat we will go on a small trek to stretch the legs followed by a sauna. We will have our last evening yoga session, followed by guided meditation and a farewell evening meal.
Enjoy your last yoga and relaxation session overlooking the beautiful Kathmandu Valley. After breakfast and farewells, it will be time to check out.
